Primarily a family of
spiritual practices that have originated in India – where it has
remained and grown as a vibrant living tradition as is a path to
enlightenment. Therefore incorporating the principles of yoga at the
Resort greatly improves the overall well being of each practioner.
Yoga as practiced at Dr. Modi’s Resort
includes postures (asanas) designed to keep the body fi t, breathing
exercises to increase body energy and meditation to calm the mind.
The daily practice of yoga and the principles of naturopathy are
benefi cial in many ways and lead to improved health, emotional
well-being, mental clarity, and joy in living. |
