Founders

The vision of Modi’s Resort, Karjat began with Late Dr. K. M. Modi, a distinguished Osteopath and Naturopath, inspired by his father, Dr. Vithal Das Modi. With a deep passion for holistic healing, he dedicated his life to promoting natural wellness and balanced living. A visionary and a man of deep compassion, his work was driven by the intent to offer a space to pause, restore and reconnect with a balanced way of living.

Alongside him, his wife, Mrs. Usha Modi brought warmth, care, and attention to every detail, supporting Dr. Modi at every turn, shaping the resort into a tranquil retreat filled with hospitality and comfort. From the greenery that surrounds the resort to the food served with love, her presence is reflected in every experience.
