Host impactful meetings and corporate offsites in our two, spacious air-conditioned conference rooms. Equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual technology, these venues comfortably accommodate up to 150 delegates, making them ideal for seminars, training sessions, and strategy retreats all set in a calm, vintage environment. We have two conference rooms - The Barn and The Bougainvillea Room.
The Barn
The Barn, our Banquet is an elegantly designed, air-conditioned hall that exudes rustic charm while offering modern amenities. Its high, sloping roof gives the space an expansive, airy feel, complemented by large windows that allow natural light to flood the room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hall is well-lit with stylish overhead lighting ensuring the space is bright and welcoming for any event.
The Barn is versatile, with the ability to comfortably seat 85 guests in cluster seating or 150 in classroom-style seating, making it suitable for both intimate gatherings and larger conferences. The attached restrooms add convenience for guests, and an extension adjoining the hall serves as a space for meals and hi-tea, providing a seamless flow between events and dining.
Set in a serene wooded area, The Barn opens out to an outdoor Garden that enhances the natural beauty of the surroundings, perfect for outdoor activities or a relaxing break during a conference. The connection to another conference hall adds further flexibility, making the venue ideal for larger events, workshops, or corporate meetings.
Whether hosting a sit down dining, a conference, or social gathering, The Barn combines rustic elegance with modern functionality, offering both comfort and style in a peaceful, nature-filled setting.
The Bougainvillea Room
Nestled amidst lush greenery, The Bougainvillea Room is a serene and inspiring space designed for impactful gatherings and meaningful conversations. This elegant conference room features a soaring pyramidal roof that adds both grandeur and openness to the ambiance. Natural light floods the room through large wooden-framed windows with scalloped window dressing creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while offering calming views of the surrounding plants and trees.
Inside, the room is versatile and well-suited for various setups. It comfortably seats up to 50 guests in a cluster seating arrangement and up to 70 in a classroom-style layout, making it ideal for workshops, seminars, or team-building sessions.
Paying homage to the evolving spirit of Mumbai city, the walls are adorned with thoughtfully curated photographs capturing the essence of both, the old Bombay and the new Mumbai. These images offer guests a visual journey through time, blending the city’s rich heritage with its dynamic present.
