Modi’s Resort, Karjat offers a unique blend of Outdoor Learning and Adventure, specially designed for school children. With thoughtfully curated Outbound Training and CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service) Programs, we create experiences that nurture leadership, teamwork, environmental awareness, and creativity all in a safe, secure, and natural environment.
Safe, Gated, and Supervised
The safety and well being of students is our top priority. The entire resort is securely gated, with most activities conducted within our 50-acre property, we maintain a 1:12 instructor-to-student ratio, with trained professionals and certified mountaineers overseeing all activities.
From transport arrangements to meals and supervision, every aspect of the trip is handled with care and professionalism.

The program is curated by Rachana Mehta, an architect who blends history, adventure, and creativity into engaging student experiences.
She is supported by qualified corporate trainers and certified instructors with deep expertise in experiential learning and outdoor education.
Outbound Programs
Our programs are tailored for students from Grade 3 to Grade 12, and can be designed as 1-day, 2-days, or 3-days overnight camps. Each program can include:

- Thematic modules based on the school curriculum
CAS Programs for IB & International Schools
We offer structured CAS (Creativity, Activity, and Service) modules that align with international school requirements. Our programs are hands on, collaborative, and designed to help students engage meaningfully with the real world while developing empathy, responsibility, and problem solving skills.
