We at Dr Modi’s Resort maintain high standards of food quality, housekeeping, security and safety. All activities except for the CAS activities and the offsite trek for older children take place within our own resort . Our own resort is well gated and secure. We take care of the children right from organizing the transport to their safe return to the school.

The program is run by Rachana Mehta. She is an architect by profession and has combined adventure, sports, history and creativity to formulate this well rounded program for students from the 3rd grade to the 12th grade. She is assisted by professionals like herself, Corporate Trainers and Instructors who are certified mountaineers and have a strong background in adventure sports. We maintain a ratio of one instructor per twelve children for the duration of the children’s stay with us. We have programs designed for 1 day / 2 days / 3 days’ overnight camps. Our shaded walking and jogging track, football and basketball field, and cricket pitch undulating hills and natural pond add energy and an option to do some physical activities in an oxygen rich atmosphere. All our activities are performed within our 50 acre property. Our activities are planned so that the children can appreciate and enjoy nature, have a fulfilling outdoor experience, run carefree in an oxygen rich natural environment, contribute as responsible young citizens and realize that there is much more to life than living in a virtual world of electronic gadgets.

Dr. Modis Resort is a tranquil, idyllic property spread over 50 acres, in the foothills of Matheran. We are located only an hour and half drive from Mumbai by road.

The Resort can accommodate up to 200 children for overnight camps or up to 350 students for day picnic. The food at the Resort is nutritious, healthy, interesting and low on oil and spices
